Neumann Developments, Inc. is the largest land development company in southeastern Wisconsin.
From land acquisition through completed community, Neumann Developments, Inc. cultivates real estate into thriving neighborhoods where people can live comfortably and enjoy the natural environment for years to come.
Founded in 2000, Neumann Developments has developed over 6,000 homesites on more than 5,700 acres of land, including construction of over 60+ miles of road in more than 30 Wisconsin municipalities, all while preserving over 2,800 acres of permanent green space and parkland. Offering the very best in lifestyle and amenities is an important part of how we make land selections and plan developments. Neumann Developments has hosted the prestigious Metropolitan Builders Association’s Parade of Homes in 14 neighborhoods within the past 15 years.
In 2018, Neumann Developments added condominium communities with the vision to create planned unit developments (PUD) offering product diversity such as condominium homes, narrow homesites and estate size homesites in addition to community amenities such as parks, walking trails, sport courts, pools and clubhouses. With our long history and solid reputation, we have the financial strength and strong relationships to get the job done.
