Neumann Developments, Inc. Breaks Ground on a New Neighborhood in Saukville, The Crossroads.

Saukville, WI – On Wednesday, June 15th at 10:00 a.m., Neumann Developments, Inc. broke ground on the a new neighborhood in Saukville, The Crossroads. This is a mixed use neighborhood offering 67 single family homesites along with 108 new apartment homes and industrial opportunities.

“This is a really exciting development. It took 15 months of meetings with everyone working on the exact same page to make this happen. It really takes a long time to develop housing,” said Steve DeCleene, President of Neumann Developments, Inc. “The communication and cooperation within the team was great every step of the way.”

This mixed use neighborhood will create new single family and apartment homes and also new business and employment opportunities north of Hwy. 33.
