Oconomowoc, WI – The neighboring Olympia Fields and Olde Highlander developments are revitalizing the site of Oconomowoc’s former Olympia Resort. Designed to serve as a welcoming gateway to the city, they offer an array of amenities for residents and visitors.
Spanning 65 acres, Olympia Fields includes a variety of retail shops and restaurants, upscale apartments, a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic, additional commercial space, and a bike trail weaving through the development and connecting to Highway 67.
Olde Highlander spans the site’s remaining 288 acres, including the resort’s former ski hill. Led by homebuilding firm Neumann Developments, the development is creating hundreds of homes to address the community’s housing shortage.
