Our team was happy to participate in this year’s Home Building Trades Foundation Career Day.  

Career Day is about local high school students learning about the home-building process as well as introducing them to a career path in the trades. Today students went to the 2023 Parade of Homes site, Wrenwood North, Germantown, and caught a glimpse of what it means to be a builder. 

Our team is passionate about developing relationships and building communities for families to enjoy for years to come. We appreciate all of the students who are interested in learning about our industry.

FOX6 was also onsite to cover Career Day.

Stephanie Quirk reported that dozens of Kingdom Lutheran High School students took a dive into the trades Thursday, getting a firsthand look at what it takes to build a home from the ground up.

“It takes an alliance to build a house,” said Jonathan Synovic, Building Trades Foundation president. “Yes there’s the doing, but there’s actually careers in it that doesn’t involve doing it by your hands every day.”
