Neumann Developments, Inc. Breaks Ground on a New Neighborhood in Beaver Dam, Stoney Ridge.

Beaver Dam, WI – (May 6, 2022) – On Thursday, May 5th at 10:00 a.m., Neumann Developments, Inc. broke ground on the first phase of Stoney Ridge in Beaver Dam. Stoney Ridge will offer 60 new homesites with a variety of floor plans.
“We need new housing in Wisconsin. We have to be able to work as a business and a municipality to make things happen,” said Steve DeCleene, President of Neumann Developments, Inc. “To have teammates like the City of Beaver Dam, it has been an awesome experience.”
